Updating Plex library to Trackt

I created an account with Trakt in 2019 and did not use it for a long time. It was linked to my old Plex server, and contains a lot of data that I no longer require. I understand that the Plex Scrobbler will update my watch history as I play a show or movie, but is there anyway to upload my current library contents to Trackt?

GitHub - Taxel/PlexTraktSync: A python script that syncs the movies, shows and ratings between trakt and Plex (without needing a PlexPass or Trakt VIP subscription) will do that. Very easy to set up.
