VIP account, but locked out?

  • My trakt app seems stuck on a certain page

  • I am a VIP member. It no longer seems possible to use the app. I think a logon issue. Login in and browsing via webbrowser is ok.

My email to support@trakt.tv returned with a message that my email is disabled.

I came here to see if someone else had the same problem! I rebooted my phone and after that I was logged in again. The app doesn’t recognize my VIP membership tough!

This was a bug that was fixed (server side) a few hours after you reported it.
