I renewed my VIP for the 2nd time.
I do this to show my support and appreciation for the folks here that provide this service.
That said, I do not want anything on auto-renewal. I simply do not want anyone to have access to my money without my approval.
I KNOW I unchecked that happy little box asking to keep my card info for easy use to anyone using the same system, but that didn’t stop the automatic auto renewal from being applied to my account.
Why isn’t there an option to simply be reminded it’s about to expire, and allow for a manual process?
Rather than give blanket access to anyone using their merchant system to access my card I’d rather cancel the entire account if necessary.
It is offensive to me that I am forced to accept liability for any unknown entity in order to have a VIP account here without being scolded for canceling.
It would be nice if you guys had a process to simply remind people that their VIP is about to expire.
