What makes a list an "Official List"

What does “Official List” mean ?
I saw a list that did not make sense, although it was showing as an “Official List”.
So I was wandering what qualifies a list to be that ?

I think they’re just lists the official Trakt account creates! I’m not sure when they were made or how often they’re updated

Those lists come from the collections on TMDB.
If any of them are incorrect, you can report them and a moderator will look into it.
You can find the option to report them within the list:
