I was surprised by the update with the new interface this week. I’m not sure yet if I like it or not; however, I miss two features that made me really love this app, which complement each other.
The first one is the section that featured community-created movie lists, specifically those covering the Oscars, Golden Globes, etc. This was always very useful for me, as I could practically visualize what was awarded year by year. The lists still exist, but the tab that contained them is gone.
Furthermore, it was because of these lists that I decided to become a VIP member to access the public notes feature. I created https://app.trakt.tv/users/guidugli/lists/database-cinema-brasil and was gradually adding public notes describing the awards received by each production. Now my notes no longer appear, even though this is a paid feature.
