Can we have a link to our Stripe subscription in the VIP subscription page? While that is not available, I need the invoice/receipt from the last payment, where can I get it?
Stripe should have automatically emailed you a payment receipt, but I just asked them to send another one. In the future, we just handle this as a support ticket and can send it to you that way.

I also did not receive any notification before or after my recent VIP renewal. Maybe there’s a systemic issue. Personally, I would prefer to get a notification a week or so before the charge goes through, just to know to expect it.
I also need an invoice and did not get one by email (paid via Stripe and credit card).
Stripe should auto email. I manually asked them to resend the email receipt.
Hey @justin. I’m having the same problem this year. I got charged today, but I didn’t receive any Stripe email with the receipt/invoice.
Please email support and we can re-send the email from Stripe.
