But I thought we get 2 months, not 7 (or 8). That leaves the question, how will it be renewed? When will my card be charged?
It will be renewed on 19 Oct 2023 as indicated, that is when your PayPal subscription is set to renew. In your case, I see several payments made before the 1 year had elapsed, and it adds 1 year to the expiration which accounts for the extra months you see.
If you want to capture all of those months, you can cancel the VIP then sign up again closer to 8 May 2024. We’d email you about a week before it expires.
