I canceled my VIP subscription and changed my mind and renewed it again. Usually the subscription would renew itself in early July, now it deposit the fee in late May. Is that due to PayPal or why does it that way? Is this just for this year? A little bit confusing.
It charges immediately when you signed up again. If you want us to adjust this and give the prorated refund for the extra months, please email support@trakt.tv and we’re happy to do so. The new year is added to your previous expiration. So you didn’t lose any time, but the renewal date will be in May moving forward.
