2 free months of membership

Today my Trakt VIP membership was renewed, is this a mistake?

is it possible to auto add the 2 free months to my VIP account for me?

We can’t change the renewal date for the VIP, the 2 months will be added to the expiration date. I’m planning to do this on Monday.

That is correct.However, the renewal date is still the same. We don’t have a way to programmatically update the renewal date. So, what you can do is cancel the VIP, then in 1 year 2 months, sign up again for VIP. We would send a reminder 1 week before it expires if you choose to do that.

Hello Justin, I do not need the 2 free months. So if you can skip my user, that would be great. Thanks. I think you need the support more than I need 2 free months.
