I am having a problem with 2 Apple Series, Foundation and Invasion.
I am collecting these episodes as they occur but they do not scrobble at all.
When I mark them as collected manually, they revert to not collected the next time scrobbling occurs.
Please open a support ticket so we can look into your account specifically. Sounds like a connected app might not be working or is removing it from your collection. Please provide details how you are scrobbling or marking or watched.
I am using Kodi.
When the scrobbling does not appear to work, I mark the episodes as collected on the Trakt website.
Collection is for items you own, that’s unrelated to your watched history. If it’s not scrobbling, I recommend reaching out to the Kodi all developer and providing a log file so they can debug.
