Automatic backup not working

I have a daily automatic backup to Google drive set up. No new backups have shown up in the last couple of days. The Settings/Data page shows my last automatic backup was October 13.

I tried exporting a data backup, manually, and not only did I not receive the e-mail with the back-up data, but afterwards when I visited the Trakt website, my e-mail address had been removed and there was a warning that my e-mail address was invalid (it is not invalid, I’ve had the same e-mail address forever).

I have the same issue with daily automatic backups not working to Google Drive but also to Onedrive, of which neither is working

There was a backend issue. Automatic backups should start working again starting today.
