Same thing is happening to me with Netflix

Is syncing bi-directional? Will my watched shows be marked as watched in Netflix?

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. My Trakt app on Samsung phone does not have the option for Scrobblers. On the app, I click on Settings and select All Settings, but it takes to the settings on the web site.

Unsure if this is due to being a Beta Tester or not. I was not set up as a Beta tester, just VIP, so I signed up for Beta. I am now a Beta tester, but I am not getting app updates. Do i need to wait for a certain amount of time for the app update to occur?

Do you have the latest version of the app installed?

When I click on Settings (gear icon), it shows ‘Trakt 0.3.4’

@JHinOC The latest Android app is version 1.8.0 so you are way out of date.

@Tom_Fjord No, we only sync data from your streaming services.

@Vicquelly I can see data being returned for Netflix, but it’s skipping since you already have the episodes marked as watched. For example, Supernatural 13x15 was a recent Netflix episode, but it is already marked watched on Trakt.

Hope to have that in several weeks.

Nice workaround, but yes I will still pass on the info to see if the cable login can be supported.

Ah, that’s too bad. Netflix would be so much better if it knew what I had already watched.

I don’t have an option to connect any of my streaming services? This is also what I see on the iOS Trakt app

You can’t add on the Trakt website right now. It’s only done on the iOS or Android app. Do you see this for your settings page? If not, maybe update the app.

Have you made sure to have the most recent iOS or Android Trakt app installed?

I had a similar effect on my Android since I had the first Beta of Trakt App installed, which didn’t have auto-update yet, so I had to deinstall it and reinstall from the app store to update to the newest version.

I figured it out after my post. I was using a bookmark of the trakt website instead of the app. :man_facepalming: Thanks though!

Thanks Justin for your help. I installed the original Beta version, and since it does not update automatically, I have been using the original version. I took the suggestion, uninstalled the app, and resintalled. I now have the latest version and set up scrobbler for Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. I am all set. Thanks to you all for the assistance.

Hi! Great work with this new feature. I connected my Netflix account and it sync perfectly. Otherwise with the Prime Videos account, didn’t sync automatically and when I forced all data it sync all the data from all the profiles. Is this the expected behaviour?

I just recently connected my accounts to trakt what I watch without having to go back and do it myself. (Especially now that I have so many other things going on.)

But the first time I try to let the Trakt to Automatically sync my data, I get informed that my Hulu Link is INACTIVE.

I have gone to the App and tried to reconnect with my Hulu Account by pressing FIX, but nothing changes.

I have gone to my Hulu Account and disconnected all the WebPages, nothing changes and I still could not even try to choose my Hulu Profile after I try to Link my Hulu Account with Trakt again by pressing FIX.

I do not currently have the option of disconnect Trakt from my Hulu Account from Trakt’s end due to the INACTIVE connection.

I do not currently seem to be having issues with my other accounts, but… then again, I have not been using them in the last day or so.

Help would be appreciated.

Today’s stupid question?
It says you can scrobble Max
But I only see Hulu
And what I understand/to my knowledge max and Hulu have nothing common.
Hulu and Disney+ have
So to question. How do I add max.

Then I have beta bug to report.
My apple and prime are not synced properly.

To add Max you need to do so from the App not from the website.
