Data Stopped Sync'ing from all Streaming Services

Subject line says it all. I have a VIP subscription - each of my connected streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, MAX, Hulu) has not sync’ed for 10+ days. In my Settings>Scrobblers section, each individual service shows that they last sync’d today - however when I scroll down to the “Data Syncs” section, it says " Your most recent sync was Apr 15, 2025 11:56 AM", which was 10 days ago. I’ve watched numerous shows since that date, none of which is reflecting in my Watch History. I’ve removed and re-added one of the services (Netflix), performed manual syncs, Reset Browsing Data, and Reset Progress Data. Nothing has helped.

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you try running a full data sync for one of the services? I’m curious if that will pull in the data. You can always undo the sync later. Choose “All Data”.

No luck - I just ran a full data sync with Netflix, gave it about 30 minutes, no change, even though it shows a recent sync.

I’m having this issue with Netflix, says it has synced and when, but sees nothing I’ve been watching. I haven’t watched HBO or the others I have linked for awhile so don’t know about them, Netflix sync detail shows a bunch of old stuff not synced (Paused) because not watched to 80%. Nothing seems to see anything I’ve watched this past week.

I still am having this problem. Watching on Netflix is not syncing new stuff, but it does sync old data from July 2025 and before. Nothing watched since then will sync. I have removed the syncing service and redone it, more than thrice.

I have set up Univeral Trakt scrobbler in my browser again and that is working to sync my Netflix watches that won’t sync for the interm.
