[Bug] Backup feature doesn't work

Hey all,

Been trying to use the backup feature as a VIP member and it doesn’t work. Whenever I click one of the two checkboxes (weekly/daily) and then “Save”, it always unchecks my checkbox. Tried to connect it to Google Drive too, and the same thing happens (it says it’s connected, but when I click one of the two checkboxes and I click save, it unchecks it).

Could you please look into it? I’ve tried with both Safari and Google Chrome.

Trakt VIP is required to use the automatic backup feature.

Oh, I didn’t see the VIP badge on the forums so I assumed incorrectly. Perhaps there is a browser extension that is preventing the page from saving correctly? An ad blocker can sometimes cause this.

Just tried that. Disabled my ad blocker but still nothing. I don’t have any other browser extensions, so it’s probably not that. I’ve just tried with a third browser too (Brave) and I still have the same issue.

I’m not able to reproduce the issue so far. When you say “it unchecks the box”, do you see it doing that prior to save, or is it after the page reloads the boxes are unchecked?
