Can’t find a switch to change the language of Trakt

Since the new (awesome) vesion of the Trakt website all content is no longer displayed in my native language German, which is above all annoying with movie titles, because when searching I often only know the German titles. Within the settings I can’t find a kind of switch to change the language of Trakt. What am I missing?

I’m pretty sure that has never been possible, unless you were using some translation add-on.

Really? Wow, my brain tricked me! I thought that the titles of the movies were displayed in German with the old website version

Hehehe. Might be confusing it with tmdb. They do have localized titles (and parts of the website) based on settings.

Okay, that seems to be the part I am missing  Is there anywhere a possibility to trigger those localized titles (and parts of the site)?

They should be searchable on trakt if added to tmdb. But there’s no way to display them.

“Rokjesdag” brings up the Dutch movie. But it’s still displayed with the English/international title

Same here … I can search for movies with the German title, but the title stays English. Also for movies, that are not English based movies, like “Das Leben der Anderen”, a German movie, which is always displayed with its English translation title " The Lives of Others".
Other Movie databases like TMDB have an original title and alternative titles with the respective country. Seems to me a more correct approach :relieved:
