Hello everyone it would be nice if at some point we had the option to select other languages for movie / shows content.
From another app I already knew that episode titles and episode descriptions were already integrated by TMDB. That would be a cool start.
This is already the fourth request Iâve seen about it in like a month. Did you even search the forums?
Sure I even search in the forum. Most of the requests were for implementation of other languages for the site.
I was concerned with translations of content that exists and is maintained by other service providers.
Would pretty much fall in the same category. If you let users see the data in e.g. French instead of English, it makes no sense to only allow English comments and that would need a lot of moderating power.
Makes more sense to add for example the original title along with EN title, if different.
I find it sad that the problem is limited to the rules of commenting. Donât get me wrong, rules are rules and you have to follow them.
But I see Trakt more as a site that tracks your progress and provides a commenting function than the other way around.
I think many users around the world with different languages would be very happy to see the data in their language.
I agree on that comment would be nice to have name instead of just episode 1 etc
The possibility to choose the language of the movies/shows, original or foreign title would be a start.
I have some friends that wouldânt-go/donât-go on trakt because their english is not very good, I mean even worse than me, trust me Iâm french. I guess site translation would be nice too 
The Trakt Lite app makes a nice and clean impression with only the basic functions. The internationalization function is fantastic. Many people have been waiting for this. It would be perfect if the option were also available on the official website and app. The translation of the title and description would be sufficient. Keep up the good work.
Can you implement also italian localization? I have just checked the new lite app and italian is missing.
Trakt Lite is open source, so (if you have the skills) you can propose the translations yourself.
