Claim suddenly appeared on my Trakt Home

Hello, yesterday on my homepage appeared a claim about payment: I can pay 60$ for two years, than 96$ every two years as of 2028.

On my VIP payment info page I see that my renewal is May 24th, but paid until July 24th, at 60$ per year. it is clear that the offer is advantageous but I wanna to ask you these points:

  1. If this offer has an expiration date.

  2. if it hasn’t an expiration date, can I wait for until my current payment expiration date to accept the offer?

  3. if yes, then which is my real payment expiration date, May 24th or July 24th?

Basically when is it best for me to accept the offer?

Anyway I don’t explain this increase…. :frowning:

Fabio

your payment date will be may 24th. depending on how long you’ve been vip, there was a major database issue a few years ago so they gave people two free months of vip but can’t change the renewal date. i don’t know if there’s an expiration date for the offer but you can accept it now and it will just add to your overall time. it will most likely update your renewal date to the date you accept the offer

Anyway if I don’t accept the offer, I will pay 60$ for one year only at May 24th 2026, does it?

I want this deal too wth :frowning:

that’s correct

i had it too and clicked it away lol.

it comes and goes, was there with black friday too.

guess they don’t have enough subs anymore.
but not for me. with the v2 going away and v3 netflix clone being the future.

This is what it shows for me when I click it:

which is confusing to say the least. it says my existing VIP expiration date (July 20, 2026) will be extended but then at the same time says my new next billing date will be Feb 24 2028.

I guess if I take them up on it if in 2028 I don’t renew I’ll still be VIP until July 20, 2028?

Seems to have done the trick:

However it still says PayPal for the renewal…

its also not true. They cancel the paypal payment before they start the Stripe payment process (and the stripe payment process only accepts creditcard, or american banks).
