An extremely bad thing closing the discussion with about 500 comments, almost all of them critical, instead of giving an official response to users’ legitimate concerns…
This is the problem of absence of communication I mentioned, and it is the biggest problem with Trakt’s latest policies.
I would just like to know how they plan to address the dissatisfaction of those who keep the service alive by using it and/or paying for it, the free and VIP users… but I’m afraid the answer was just “let’s close the discussion”
