Subscription canceled by Trakt

I got an email from Trakt telling me that my membership was expiring.
That’s strange because I never canceled the subscription, but there’s a record of it being canceled in Nov.

Then when I go to renew there’s a 100% price hike.

What’s going on?
Why was my subscription canceled in the first place?
Was it just to increase the price?

This is probably better to send an email to support@trakt.tv since it could contain sensitive information.

That’s what I tried first.

Did they not reply?
