Date recorded with “Watching Now”

Being particularly precise with my viewing dates, I realized that the “Watching Now” feature (which lets you add a play quickly) recorded the end time of the film viewed.

Example: it’s 21:00, I’m watching a 1:45 film, the time recorded is 22:45 instead of 21:00. Is this intentional? Is it possible to use the viewing start time (the time when the button is pressed actually), please?

Yes, that is intentional. When you are “Watching Now” that indicates when you started watching it. The item displays on your profile for the elapsed runtime then it is marked watched in your history.

If you choose “Just Finished” that will mark it at the exact time you clicked the button.
