Error 504 when exporting to csv

i’ve never been able to export my collection to csv. it doesn’t matter what time of the day, i always end up with an error 504 gateway time-out error. it’s a hit or miss if i try to export history.

i have a 200mbps fiber internet so speed and latency are not an issue.

That is related to the number of items in the collection. Please try applying some filters like only movies, and see if it exports.

sorry, but that’s not an acceptable response. paid for VIP for 2 reasons: plex scrobble and the ability to export my library (history and collection). as such, i expect no less.

at any rate, i tried your suggestion. i am able to download the csv file if i filter movies and shows. however, still getting the same error if i choose episodes.

I was trying to confirm it was a time out issue, so I know where to start troubleshooting.

any update on this? i still cannot export my collection. still getting a time-out error.
