When I try to look at my collected shows I get a gateway timed out error (504 specifically). “users/{username}/collection/shows” gives the 504 error while “users/{username}/collection/movies” works as expected. I’ve tried both through the website and through the API. I get the same error.
Any help with be greatly appreciated.
You have 275k items in your collection. That is an extremely high number and causing the page to timeout. Do you really own 275,000 movies and episodes?
I have a media sever with access to that many items.
Since it’s the number of items that’s the issue, I’m in the process of removing them from the collection and then re-adding select ones.

Ok, we can also blank out the collection if that’s useful to start with it empty.
