Since trakt offers it’s services in the EU, it’s required to provide an option to download all personal user data. I don’t know if this would be possible via email, but most convenient and how anythign else solves this is with an option in the account menu.

There are tools to download your .csv data also for non-VIP members, but that is not all that needs to be provided (for example account info, …) I believe (correct me if I’m wrong).

If this is not planned and available via email, just close this issue.
