How can I add the Absolute Order to a series?

I’m looking at anime like Dragon Ball and I see the absolute order like 2x01 (14).

How do I enable it for Etho Plays Minecraft so the linked episode becomes 2x01 (105)?

Absolute numbering only displays on shows with the Anime genre, which means it has the Animation genre + Japan as the country. The absolute numbers themselves then come from TVDB.
