The content you see on Trakt comes from TMDB (mostly) so unless someone has added it there, you won’t find it on Trakt, There is a small amount on TMDB, but not nearly as much as Korean or Chinese stuff, basically requires someone to add them.
Actually have you tried adding the country to the advance filters? 4605 results for Thailand
