I do not see any history information for two days now

For two days now, I do not see any history information. I can’t view what episodes I have watched previously or what movies I have seen. Only ‘Year to date’ and ‘All-time stats’ are working correctly.

Is this something that is fixed in the update of 27 September 2020?

Are you using an app to send Trakt what you’re watching? If so, please try reconnecting the app with your Trakt account.

No, I use the website.

I still do not see:

  • From a show how many episodes I have watched.
  • From an episode if I have watched it.
  • On the homepage, I can see in the up-next-to-watch that there are episodes colored red.
  • On the stats pages, I can see the totals.

If I add an episode or movie as seen, it shows as seen.

I downloaded the trakt.tv testflight demo. Thinking about it, since then, I can’t see the view stats. Is this possible?

A very strange thing, this is…

Trakt is working fine on:
Chrome Canary v87.0.4275.0 (x86-64)
Safari v14.0 (15610.1.28.1.9)

The problem only occurs on:
Chrome v85.0.4183.121 (64-bit)
even after all cached images and files were deleted.
I am glad the data is still intact. I think it will work out in the end. Still, this never happened before.

It sounds like the browser data needs to be refreshed. Try doing that at https://trakt.tv/settings/data and see if the Chrome browser starts working again.

Yes. That worked like a charm. You’re the best .

Ok cool, glad that worked!

Thank you for solution. Just wanted to chip in, that I had same problem (and same solution worked).

I just wanted to add that same problem appeared on Firefox (so different browser engine).

(also I think I had it for more than 4 days, but I’m not sure because lately I didn’t watch anything, so I wasn’t on Trakt often)
