Setup my account with Plex about 30 minutes ago and still no history has downloaded. I’ve checked all of my settings on Plex and have restarted the server, but nothing.

Are you using the Trakt Plex webhook or another Plex app?

Ok, the Trakt Plex scrobbler can only get new data sent from Plex. This limitation is mentioned on that page.
Note: We can only get new data from Plex, we can’t send any data to Plex or sync your past history.
I don’t seem to get scribbling working with my media downloaded on Plex app. it works when streaming. should I be able to scribble downloaded media?
