I have an active VIP subscription. Logged in on Browser, I see that its active. but logged in on the mobile app, does not show that I have a VIP subscription. Any help please
are you sure you logged into the correct account?
I would also suggest logging out then back in to the app.
I had this issue a couple years ago. When I first signed up for this website I wasn’t VIP and I used a custom email/password to log in. Then I bought VIP (with that same email) but I connected the website to Google to sign in.
Long story short, make sure you are logged in with the correct credentials. You can then possibly ask the admin or support staff to merge your different accounts (if you indeed have two separate ones).
