I have noticed an oddity in my history that I can not resolve. It shows that I have 19 more plays (31,178) than episodes watched (30,197). If I sort by plays it shows only 1 play for each episode. I like my plays to equal my watches, but exporting times out due to the size of my history. I can’t find those 19 plays or I would remove them. Anyone have any advice on how I can locate and remove those pesky 19?
I can fix this via a support ticket. There must be some deleted items that haven’t cleared out of the cache correctly.
This is the very reason I left IMDb after 23 years and came to Trakt. Outstanding support and the best features. I have created a support ticket. Thank you Justin!
Glad to have you in the community
I love that you’re as anal as me when it comes to them matching.
Hope it’s sorted, and may the force be with you.
Yes I am. Even more odd is the fact that I walked away from IMDb over it. I’ve yet to delete my account, but if interested you can read the details here:

I’m Simba63 there. However, Trakt, jumped on this and fixed it the same day which is why I switched and love it here the last 2 years. They take the time to respond and support all the issues you are having.
I can second that, the customer experience on Trakt is really awesome, beyond expectations!
People in charge here really understand user requirements and put effort into fixing and improving stuff whenever it is needed. The new feature suggestions I had in the past were implemented very quickly (less than a month for beta, which I can tell - as being a software developer myself - is really awesome). Moderators do a great job as well, reports being solved in less than a day (!)
This kind of involvement makes one truly recommend the platform to friends and family - which I surely did
