Pin lists to dashboard

Instead of needing to go to /lists every time you need to go to a list you frequently access, there’s a section in the dashboard for easy access. Would be nice for a section in Up Next too for lists you use to track what you’re watching. For example,

The dashboard can show what episode is next to watch in this list.

Doesn’t sound like you are using lists correctly. Watch List is for this very purpose you are requesting. So why not put the shows in your custom lists into the Watch List so that they DO show up in “Up Next”?

I don’t think the one correct way to use lists is to go to /lists every time and CTRL-F-ing for your list.

I have different lists for different purposes and I’d like them to be in my Dashboard and formatted like Up Next.

I can see some use cases for these, like in your list would be the preferred watching order I’m assuming. It’s probably too complex to have a list like this to function like the Up Next, especially when the next item in the order is a different show entirely. The “easy” solution would just be to bookmark your list and use the “watching/check-in” or “just finished” logging for each episode/movie in your list order as you get to it

Yeah the Up Next is probably too much. I think having the lists pinned and the items visible in the Dashboard like the watchlist is more attainable.

Ok, I was going to post this earlier but got distracted by NASCAR and college basketball Selection Sunday.

So, I like the idea that @otakunet21 said about just bookmarking your specific lists you want to function like Up Next. On that/those said list(s) you can click “Progress” (see screenshot):

Once you are on the Progress page (of that specific list) you can then sort the list into the Grid (like Up Next) and then use the “eye” icon to hide finished/completed shows. (see screenshot):

BOOM! You have your custom list(s) bookmarked with the proper filtering or layout, etc…they don’t have to clutter up your already cluttered Dashboard.

I don’t think the dashboard is that cluttered. It functions as necessary. But that does give me an idea.
