Where can i get support for my renewal. I paid $30 initially but need to switch debit cards and its asking me to renew at $60.
Same here, I just use it primarily via an app on my phone to record watchlist and watched lists - including for tv, but mostly for film - hence my watchlist was hundreds (I’m old).
I’d realised for a few weeks that my app wasn’t letting me add and thought it had a weird fault.
Now I’ve finally done some digging and stumbled here and realise “oh it’s not a fault, it’s a design change - someone at trakt has clearly decided they think I should pay vip”, which of course feels a little frustrating.
Now I was going to say I’m not interested in any of the vip features, however I notice the beta integration with streaming services and that sounds potentially timesaving. Having seen some csv export from another user I may be the only one, but I wish we had some xls too, just to save me a job.
