Apparently items remain on “Upcoming Schedule” on the day of their release, for the entire day.

Please remove items from “Upcoming Schedule” once the broadcasting network has released the items (/ they are aired), or make it optional behaviour.
Times vary around the world. This just doesn’t make sense from a functional standpoint. Also, I rather like seeing them there all day so that I know and don’t have to go searching…so I guess it’s more of an “end user” preference.
Preferably optional. Animes typically are available for streaming hours after they air in Japan which is the time on the calendar.
But Trakt already shows the local time a show is released in the “Upcoming Schedule”, so they have all info they need to implement this.
I understand that not everybody would want this, hence the remark to make it optional behavior.
