Rogues Sync from old App/Removing plays and colelctions from one day

Hi, I literally have 24 trakt apps on my phone…
I tried lots of them over the years and now I tried them again to figure out the best ones for my use cases. Somehow one of those apps – no idea which one – apparently synced all my watched progress as if I watched it again today AND it collected all of them.
Does anyone know a way how to remove all watches and all collection done today(*)?

(*) I write “today” but actually I mean yesterday

PS: I didn’t file this under Mobile App because the app is not important

We can remove the plays in support and determine which app did that. Sounds like a major bug if they re-synced everything.
