Support not answering emails

I’ve emailed Trakt support twice starting at the beginning of April regarding Trakt’s History CSV export being broken again; in the past I received a ticket number and eventually the issue was resolved.

This time I have received no response at all. This is one of the main features I pay for and I guess I will end up canceling VIP if no one is actually doing support.

I have emailed them myself two days ago with no response. I renewed for a further 2 years VIP, and days later my iOS app says my account is locked for multiple views of shows (which is lies). I have switched on the setting that disables multiple views after this, low and behold, the last episode i watched, it says i watched it 4 times. Maybe the office is on holiday.

I have been having the multiple watch issues fora long time as well, since last year.

You cannot run a business that charges a monthly subscription and just totally disappear for a month+. Doesn’t seem like anyone is reading the forums either. Is this app dead now?

Your issue has been reported to the development team, but since we have another type of export, some other issues ended up being the priority.
You’ll receive a reply to your ticket once we have a solution.

As for you @eddief24, I’ve just replied to your ticket. We usually don’t work on weekends and friday was a holiday.
