There’s no way you’re referring to customer confusion right? YOU CREATED THAT CONFUSION. You did not communicate about the price changes when it first happened. You admitted this!
So to fix a mistake that you admitted you made you just go ahead and increase the price for everyone? You really just couldn’t send an email???
And what do you mean streamline your billing system? Don’t you use Stripe, a well established billing system? Surely it can handle this just fine.

Unbelievably disappointing. You really couldn’t even contact TVDB to get a quote on their API due to ethics but now you’re doing this.
