VIP sync issue

  • I am a VIP user and have connected all my streaming apps and selected sync all but it is not syncing my watch history.

I took a look at your account and see all of your connected services have completed syncs. As the user above mentioned, you can view all of your completed syncs at the link shared. The syncs are not instant and can take 24+ hours to appear. If you’re still noticing things not syncing, please send a dm to support with the specific items that haven’t synced, the service that they were watched on, and a rough estimate for when they were watched so we can help troubleshoot. Please note the known issues which may provide insight for why things aren’t syncing as expected.

Why do some sources say paused or skipped?

If you click on the paused or skipped item, it’ll give you some more information. For skipped items, it’s usually that the item was only slightly watched, or the data doesn’t match ours/TMDBs. For example, the first episode in the screenshot below was skipped because it autoplayed and I only watched a few minutes of it (0.0% progress). Below that, it recognized that I watched something on Peacock, but that item didn’t have a match to Trakt/TMDB.

Items are paused if they aren’t watched at least 80%.
