Streaming Sync stopped bringing in new data. Last successful sync was 06 February

Short description of the issue

  • Streaming Sync feature stopped bringing in new data from all my connected services. The service shows recent sync runs, but no new data is being brought into Trakt.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • I have watched content across my connected services, but Trakt Streaming Sync shows the last synced show/movie occurring on Feb 6 2026. Performing manual, “full syncs” only seems to bring in old data, none of the watched content since Feb 6 is being synced. See screen shots for more details.

I have tried to refresh the entry for this show several times over the last 4 days to no avail.

The last successful update was February 6th. I’m guessing this is connected.

I have the same issue- automatic sync seems very unreliable. Most of the time manual sync is delay quite long as well. I also need to do it multiple times.

Update as of 22 February 2026: Sync has started working again for me.
