so … @Trackt people. i saw a recent post about missing syncing issues that got a reply in which someone from Tract looked at the customer data, etc. i’ve been VIP for 12 years and i’m still seeing syncing issues. can anyone help?

Hey,

can you check this page: https://trakt.tv/settings/scrobblers

You’ll find a list of Data Sync for your services. For each sync, you’ll see the number of items synced, paused or skipped. You can click on those numbers to get even more information on a specific sync.

If you find something out of the ordinary, please send use the Sync ID and we’ll investigate.

There’s also a section with the Known Issues:

We are working on several known issues and these could be why you’re seeing skipped items.

  • Items that aren’t streaming in the United States are currently being ignored.
  • Shows that have different episode ordering on the streaming service and TMDB will likely not match up correctly.
  • Some services might fail to sign in. For example, international services or streaming accounts managed by your cable company.
  • Items already watched in your Trakt history are skipped.
  • Watching pre-release items might not sync correctly.

Hope this helps!
