Hey there! This morning (September 5th) I was planning on buying VIP membership at $30 to lock it in before the price increase. However, it looks like the price has already increased? Surly this is a mistake? Or perhaps, at the very least, a communication error?
Another user in a different thread thought the same as I did, so it is likely that there are many of us in this predicament. Is there any way for us to get the price we thought?

There was a time zone conversion issue that I just fixed. The discount will expire on September 5 at 11:59pm PDT.

Any chance for an exception for someone who missed the date by a few hours 
When and where was announced the VIP increase from 30 to 60? I was not aware and I received no communication at all. @justin

Now there is currently some confusion on what “active” means as it seems support is now telling users that if you turned off auto-renewal you aren’t locked into your current price. That might be what you are referring too, and that is further discussed in that forum post I linked in the past week or so.
