More importantly, it’s listing things I never watched. I never watched K-Pop Demon Hunters, Sinners, F1 or that Demon Slayer thing on there. I have watched Hamilton but that was years ago and certainly didn’t rate it this year.
Just a bunch of confusing stuff with the year in review. Seems glitched.
This layout was confusing for me too, but basically the left side is your stuff and the right side is community stuff, so the movies you don’t recognize are from the community
Very odd choice to add community stats in what is supposed to be YOUR year in review haha. I hated 2 of those listed in top rated, why would I want it in my YIR?
Also it seems to be a trend with Trakt at the moment, pay more get less. We now get less stats
Hi! Just finished going through my Year in Review and collected here my main feedback:
Year in Review in other formats
Doesn’t have to be all formats, but at least the standard one. That’s the one I’ve been using all year to track my 2025 stats, and now that we get to the end of the year we can’t use it anymore
(I can use the standard template to check all time stats and multiple years, but not individual years that had other templates)
Stats missing
The one stat I’m missing the most from the standard template was the weekly breakdown, even though other stats that were mentioned before by other users are interesting to me (countries, etc)
Cool new stats - most replayed & time to watch entire Watchlist
I appreciated having the most replayed section, even though now I’m craving more info about it - is there a way for me to see more than 5 movies that I’ve rewatched this year? It would also be cool to see it for other years, to understand which years I rewatch more things or which I stick to new movies / shows
Also, I thought the tidbit of when I’d be able to finish my entire Watchlist (the year 2043) is interesting, and it nudges me to clean up a bit my Watchlist
Community stats
Finally, I actually do like seeing how my stats compared to the community - for example, it’s interesting to see what was most watched, rated or replayed by the community, and that helps me get a sense of what people are watching and if there’s something I should include in my 2026 watch
Why does the ToC on the right side jump around all crazy? Shouldn’t it just stay in place, no matter what I do, where I click, and where I scroll to?
Additionally, when I expand the details in the Peoples section, it jumps around all weird because for a very brief moment, a scrollbar appears.
I’d also very much like to have back counts for hours watched and different episodes/movies watched broken down by shows and movies instead of having it as just one figure.
Even among the 15 actors present, people are missing or miscounted. I’ve logged 4 films with Willem Dafoe but he’s not showing up at all with the highest count being 3. Bronwyn James shows 2 when I know she’s been logged in 3. I didn’t even notice the missing writers.
this feature is why I pay for VIP and log in trakt at all so if it’s not working…
I always switched to the 2023 template because it was the last time there was enough density of info that I wasn’t constantly scrolling. Now I can’t do that either.
I only want the standard format for looking at each year, but if they need a “year in review” special format, at least make the default also available.
Same, I saw x number of films with Austin Butler that definitely put him in my list of actors, but he is nowhere to be found. There’s a bug somewhere here.
