Bug - Up Next

Hi

The Graham Norton Show aired last night 3rd October. The latest episode is showing on the Shows page as “Up Next” but it doesn’t show up on my Progress Page? Normally when it doesn’t show on my progress page, I expect to not see it on the show page, so I’m just confused as it’s there, with the date Oct 3rd 2025, 10:30PM (Irish Time), so I don’t know why it’s not showing on my progress page.

New aired episodes are not showing in my Up Next. This is happening both in Trakt app and Trakt website.

I’ve noticed this too for certain shows.

One example right now is AEW collision.

it shows up in my calendar but not in my next which aired 8pm ET today (Saturday).

this has been happening for me for a while, but trakt never fixed it and never responded back it for a long time.

try both the Reset Data and Reset Progress Data buttons in the settings. that might fix it unless its doing it on the app as well, in that case you might need to sign out and back in or, at worst case, delete the app and reinstall so it resets all cached data for the app. There should be a cached data setting in the mobile app as well

i remember someone else posting something like this before (might have been you). I thought someone else had mentioned in it why it was happening but my google-fu skills are terrible so I probably won’t find it.

Probably was me. There was a long thread and Justin respond but eventually he started ghosting my thread and never fixed it

Tried this and nothing happened.

Just chiming in to report that I started noticing the same issue today.

Hello,

Same thing happened to me yesterday, but an episode aired this morning (I’m in France ^^) did appear in my “Up Next.”

I also sent a message to support yesterday.

I can also confirm that there is an issue. No new aired episodes are shown in Up next, both site and app. Started recently.

Yup, that happened to me today too.

Noticed that a show I was watching went missing from my Up Next section. Headed straight to the show’s page, marked an episode as watched (as I had just watched it the day or so before) and the next one showed up in the Up Next right after.

Same Thing is happening to me too. I also have a Show missing from my Up Next.

I think it’s the “Completed” filter that is broken. Disabling it shows all the “missing” episodes like normal.

I’m having this same issue as well. These are both newly aired seasons, but they aren’t showing up in my “Up Next” section

if you’re talking about Progress section, removing Completed filter there doesn’t affect Up next section, I still don’t see today’s aired shows as usual.

Same thing here. SNL aired last night. On iOS I got the notification about the episode, but it’s not listed anywhere on the web or iOS in Up Next.

Having this issue as well, not getting any aired episodes from my calendar from shows I have already watched showing in up next

I’m having the same issue and already report it to the support team…

It’s a different issue I have methinks, but if I try to click episode as Completed on Web Browser, it keeps saying “you are already signed in” but it works fine on app on my phone
