yep am in Malaysia and Max just launch in South East Asia a month ago… when i reconnect to Max, it stay connected for minutes, then i got the FIX problem on traktv. It doesnt sync or scrob. no problem for netflix and apple tv

I synced my prime video account and saw that a lot of movies I only watched a few mins were imported. So I went to Prime and cleaned up my watch history.
A day later, Trakt is still syncing these movies deleted from the watch history.
Movies don’t show up anymore in younify though.

any word on when Disney+ will be added?

Please provide some exact movies or episodes so I can check how they are returned with the data we’re syncing. It sounds like they are still being returned. Since the data was already pulled from Amazon, removing them probably doesn’t have an effect on what was already initially pulled by Younify. That is my guess.

You see the same issue when using their app?

That’s really cool, I didn’t realize it pulled in that content too.

Here’s a list of these movies I deleted from Prime Video watchlist but still importing this morning.

I confirmed with Younify that removing the plays from Prime Video, will not update the data on Younify. That’s why they are showing up when you sync data to Trakt. This is expected behavior on their side.

If you need to do a full data sync, my recommendation is to view that sync and delete any plays you no longer want. Syncs moving forward will be fine since it only pulls data since the last sync.

I connected Prime Video and Netflix multiple times ever since this released and it still doesn’t sync for me. I sent an email couple of weeks ago and never got a reply. I also posted on this forum, but I never got a response and can’t seem to find the topic/post now. This is the only feature that finally convinced me to be a VIP member but it hasn’t been working. Can anyone help with this please.

I see 2 syncs that occurred in early December. You can view those at https://trakt.tv/settings/scrobblers. I also queued both services for a data refresh (only new data) so let’s see if that picks up any new plays. Also keep in mind, it will skip any items already in your watched history.

When I log in to Hulu I go through all the motions and then I get back to the main page and Hulu still is not checked. If I click again it gives me the managed menu but if I exit and come back it asked to sign in again. On the website it doesn’t show it’s connected. I’ve tried over and over again. No error messages

hey justin, i connected apple tv+, netflix and prime a few times. first it doesn’t sync at all, for now it’s at “queue” since a few days. in the meantime i re-connected these accounts many times.

We are tracking down some Android specific bugs and hope to have some fixes out in the next week or so.

Hulu says fix, but when I go to fix it, it doesn’t work, and it just goes to a loop where I cannot select a profile and have tried on a tablet and a phone.

@SheldonPasadena I took a look and I’m seeing no data returned for Netflix and 3 episodes for Apple TV+. The 3 episodes are already watched so they are skipped and not imported.

Please send us (via DM if you prefer) screenshots from your Netflix and Apple TV+ watched history so we can investigate why more items aren’t being returned. Also please send your region for each streaming account.
