Ah that explains a lot. Since this is only the case in the Netherlands and Belgium, any idea if the sync is coming with HBO Max or slim chance?
Thanks!

Is that the reason why none of the WWE stuff scrobbles?
I dont know if this has been reported yet but in The Netherlands MAX is still hbo max and and when I try to sign in it goes to the help page
HBO Max isn’t supported, only Max
I’ve watched the movie „Der Heimweg“ on Prime, which is listed on Trakt with the English title „The Calendar Killer“.
The scrobbler did not sync the watch status. Should this work?
Netflix doesn’t seem to be syncing for me.
I can manually sync, but the updates don’t come through
I watched The Six Triple Eight on the 19th Jan
Blue Eye Samurai worked on the 13th OK
None of my recent watches from any service are coming through, not sure what’s happened but they used to sync ok, well some did, but it was working
For the record, mine are working after I was also seeing no syncs for awhile. I disconnected and reconnected all three services about a week ago, and they seem to be running smoothly since then.
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Netflix and it’s still not pulled anything across
wait so the super exclusive $60 a year features trakt implement for its VIP users dont even work properly? And they expect people to want to pay to use broken features am I seeing this correctly?
Any chance, someone can take a look at this. Every episode of season 4 of the Expanse on Prime is not getting scrobbled correctly.
The feature is working well for most who are using it. The remaining issues are centered around Android sometimes not allowing a sign in or accessing services outside of the expected region. The feature is also listed as beta while we continue working through these bugs.
Disney+ is now available
It works very similar to Hulu and unfortunately doesn’t have accurate watched dates. It’s really odd neither service decided to not save a precise watched date. On initial import, we use the release date and moving forward it uses the date the data was pulled over, so it will be closer but not exactly when you watched it.
I’ve also been encountering issues with Netflix. Been watching Breaking Bad and it was last synced just now, but no data was pulled over at all…
I’ve signed into Disney+. I’ll keep an eye on whether that syncs
Disney+ has pulled data over.
Netflix still hasn’t brought the film I watched over. I need to watch something else on there to see of it triggers another sync.
when logging into profile disney+ just goes to account page. Then not logging me in properly. Is it because I don’t pay directly through disney but another provider?
I did a full initial sync and the ones added had today’s watch date and not the release date as per your statement
That’s unfortunately what’s happening for me for different VIP features (automatic backup, RSS feeds; the first used to work, but the second never worked for me). Since I don’t trust entering my account credentials at a third-party site (Younify) I won’t use/test the VIP feature of this thread (so apologies for being slightly off-topic).
The Netfix scrobbler seems to have stopped working for me. Last data is from 3 days ago while I did watch stuff in the meantime.
